[FR] Add bank account number for Chart Of Account

To add bank account information, we will need to add a bank account number field to the Chart of Accounts. It will be better for the customers to create and transfer money to bank accounts.

Yep. Let's go WPERP! It's a promising feature. It also helps avoid confusion because I saw right, in the current version of WP ERP, when you add a bank account, there was some text or field that appends a bank number with the value empty or 1 or something. Users would think, why is there a field for that when we can't even enter our Bank Account Number?
