I have a written a web lead router that can use various methods to determine who to route the messages to via email. It also has a ChatGPT powered, or word list powered spam filter. The years of service feature of HR should include name, department, joining date, and designation to get a birds-eye view for employees.

It would have been great if it synchronized with WooCommerce products so that any changes made would reflect automatically on inventory.

Currently, only simple product types can be synched with the WooCommerce products and orders. The majority of our clients who use WooCommerce integration and who were interested in purchasing the WP ERP Pro get demotivated or request refunds due to the limitation of synching only with simple product types and orders. It will significantly increase sales and highlight WP ERP in response to WooCommerce clients as well.

Change the currency symbol from "د.إ" to "AED" so it can be easy for customers/ clients to use and understand the currency appropriately.

When exported as a PDF, it should show Invoice Number/Payment/Receipt, instead of "Transaction Number" and "Voucher Number" as most companies prefer this way.

To add bank account information, we will need to add a bank account number field to the Chart of Accounts. It will be better for the customers to create and transfer money to bank accounts.

CRM agents can just get contacts from the whole Company and re-sell the information to competitors. This feature should be changed and enhanced limited so each agent should add and view only their contacts. The CRM agents should not be able to view the basic information of other agents as in the current system

WP Form submissions can populate detailed contact records in WP ERP CRM, including contact fields, notes, tags.assigning tasks, sending automated emails, or updating contact statuses.

A client asked if we have a "Parent" Company (overhead organization) that has "children" (locations/storefronts) that different contacts/managers can be added to. This would allow us to put different dispensary/store locations under the overhead of the Parent Organization.
